Is this the right brace for me?
The Women’s Multi-Directional Shoulder Brace is designed for women whose shoulder is unstable in more than one direction, as well as women with posterior shoulder instability.
It combines configurable multi-directional support with a women-specific chest profile designed to improve comfort and fit during sport and activity.
If your shoulder has dislocated forwards and your instability is primarily anterior, the Women’s Anterior Shoulder Brace may provide more targeted support.

How does the Women’s Multi-Directional Shoulder Brace work?
The brace uses adjustable elastic straps that can be positioned and tensioned to provide support in different directions.
The straps help slow or check movement towards vulnerable shoulder positions, while still allowing the functional movement required for sport and activity.
Its full neoprene construction wraps around the shoulder and chest to provide an enveloping, supportive fit. The women-specific profile is designed to sit more comfortably across the chest and can be worn over a bra.
Configurable support for sport
Shoulder instability can present differently from one person — and one sport — to another.
The Women’s Multi-Directional Shoulder Brace allows the strap position and tension to be adjusted according to your direction of instability, the movement demands of your activity and the amount of support you prefer.
Additional Short, Long and ACJ strap options are available separately for further customisation.
If you are unsure about strap placement or fitting, ask your physiotherapist to help you adjust the brace correctly.

Rehabilitation matters
A shoulder brace provides external support during activity, but it should be used alongside rehabilitation that addresses the control, capacity and confidence needed to meet the demands of your sport.
